Deposits

A deposit of E75.00 is payable at the time of booking.
Upon receipt of the signed Booking Form and the deposit cheque,
confirmation will be sent in writing with advice as to the
balance payable on arrival.
 
Cancellations
 
The deposit is refundable only in the following circumstances:
 
1. A letter sent by recorded delivery received by us no later
28 days before the date of the start of the holiday
 
OR

2. Cancellation is advised to us by E-mail sent to the address
given below no later than 28 days before the start of the holiday.
